Thank you Jesus for everything.
I just want to say thank you for the gift of life, health, success, wealth, education and so much more. It has been you God all the way.
Thank you Jesus for making me to be able to withstand whatever the devil throws my way and to always come out victorious in all.  I know i am not where i want to be but i thank God that i am not where i use to be.

YARD PALAVA

My people my people una well done o jare.
Hmmmm nawa for wetin dey happen for this we yard o.
Today episode on yard palava na about this my co tenant wey don marry and at the still time him na gigolo wey no dey make make money.  This my co tenant, even before him marry na so so old women wey reach to born am him dey always carry. And the worst part be say we no dey see the money for him body.

This bros you go hardly see am with small girl. People for our yard even surprise when him marry one young fine girl like that. Na so we come dey happy say bros gigolo go stop him escapades now wey him don marry but for where.  Anything wey bros wife go her family house like this, na so bros go invite one over sharpaly. No type of old woman wey bros no dey carry o. The thing tire people wey dey our compound so tey one even come dey ask me nonsense question say how dey bros take dey enjoy this women, abi if the old women dey turn bros on?

If una see the kin eye wey i look am eh. Na so i ask am if na me and bros dey do the thing together or if i dey bros mind to take know wetin him dey feel? As the aproko master concern abi?
Nobody gree tell him wife o, because e no concern us and even she fit no believe am; so all of us na siddon dey look we dey.
Aunty troublemaker even tell me one day say she go tell the wife everything wey her husband dey do, na so me i tell her say nothing concern her and make she mind her troublemaking; na so aunty wan face me that day. I just jejely leave her enter room cos me i no fit begin shout with mad woman.

Bros gigolo wey no dey make money kontinu, i sha know say one day you eife go catch you because everyday is for the thief and one day is for the owner.

Na the aproko wey i get for una today be that.

FASHIONISTA STYLE CRUSH

Our fashion style crush for this week is Laura ikeji kanu.  She is an author, fashionista, brand influencer,owns a store, a youtuber and so much more.

She is daring and openminded when it comes to her fashion sense.
She loves trying new things to see how they look on her.
She goes all out when it comes to her fashion style.
One thing i notice about her fashion style is she loves putting on blazers, shirts and jeans. If you see most of her pictures on instagram, you will notice it too.  But when she wants to go all out, she does it without holding back.

I love her sense of style and most especially not trying to play it safe when it comes to fashion.

She is our fashionista style crush of the week and we love her.

CHILDHOOD MEMORY

Let me share a little story about my childhood memory.
When i was little, like 3 years old; i use to dance a lot. When my mum is done bathing me and i entered our room, i will just start dancing and even while she is bathing me i will be dancing without no music or drum. I will dance and dance and dance until i finish putting on my clothes.  It went on for a very long time. My dad had to forcefully make me stop that when i turned 10.

I remembet those times if i start dancing, my dad and mum will always say in our dialect 'n di otu ye a ku wa ra nia egu ozo' meaning my spiritual friends has started drumming for me again.
I will dance with so much energy and excitement like i can hear the beat from somewhere and whereas no beat or music playing anywhere. Even my siblings use to call me ogbanje then.  And the funniest part is it only happens when i just finish having my bath.

Now when i remember those times i laugh so hard and i keep wondering, who was playing the music i was always dancing to?
Such a funny and atimes not funny to my dad display i always put up then.

I will run around the whole house and compound screaming and shouting first before even thinking of what to do. Even before going to collect the money even.

RELATIONSHIP MATTERS

Today on relationship matters, we will talk about long distance relationship.
I see a lot of people go into long distance relationship for different reasons.  Some go into it because they need someone that wouldnt be in their face all the time(not seeing the person always), some go into it just because they need someone they can be going out of their city to visit, some others go into it just for the fun of it and a whole lot more other reasons.

Long distance relationship to me is a two way thing, in the sense that it needs both party to make it work.  The number 1 major thing that is required is communication.
When there is no much communication, it will not work.  The both parties has to always be communicating 100%.

I remember when i was dating a guy in netherlands. He only comes to Nigeria once in 2years and then we see whenever he comes. I didn't have a problem with seeing him only once in 2years because our communication was 100%. We could talk for hours and we are never at lost as to what to talk about. Atimes we do video calls and all.  But everything started falling apart when the communication reduced drastically and that affected our relationship up to the point where i couldn't endure it anymore and i ended it.

And why the communication reduced was cos he couldn't endure been celibate till when he comes to Nigeria like he use to do before. He got into another relationship and with that our relationship suffered for it.
So to me long distance relationship does not work. At first it might work but after some time i guarantee you either the guy or the lady will get tired of the whole thing.

Another thing that is needed in long distance relationship is trust. Trust is a vital part of making a long distance relationship work because if you don't trust your partner, different ideas will be running through you head atimes when you think about them; things like what are they doing now, are they with another woman/man? And so much more.

With that incident that happened to me, i gave up on long distance relationship because i invested my time and so much more into the relationship.
But for some people long distance relationship has worked perfectly well for them.
