PURITY (the untold story) EPISODE 1

"Kpo kpo kpo kpo kpo" the sound of the mortar her neighbour is pounding very early in the morning woke her up.
Purity would have complained, murmured and cursed under her breath but she was now use to it and again she is too excited to even bother about it; beacuse she knows that very soon she will move to a better place since she got promoted yesterday as the secretary to the ceo of the company where she works.
She sings to herself while taking her shower and came out of the shower with a broad smile on her face like that of a child that was offered chocolate.

"Kpraaaa kpraaaa" the hangers danced to the rhythm of purity's hand as she tries to look for what to wear in her wardrobe.
"Today is my first day as the secretary to the ceo, so i need to look smart and sharp" she said to herself.  She quickly dresses up and as she applies her makeup her mind wanders towards the dream she keeps having. She has been having the same dream since she was a child and she keeps wondering why she always have that same dream and what the dream means.
She tries to take her mind off it. She remember her mum and how happy she will be when she breaks the news to her.
She grins with delight as the thought comes to her mind; her sparkling white teeth shone with so much brightness like the sun.
She picks up her phone and handbag and hurridly left her room.

The early morning breeze beats her face as she walks towards the bus stop. She thought about how God has always been there for her, right from when she was born according to the story her mum told her.
She jerked when she felt a hand touch her.
'Fred you scared me'
FRED: what are you so deep in thought about that you are grinning from ear to ear? Or are you thinking about me?
PURITY: you wish. I'm just thinking how God has been so good to me.  I got promoted as the secretary to the ceo of the company where i work.
FRED: for real? Congratulations girl.
PURITY: thank you.
FRED: my uber is here. Get it let me drop you at your place of work.  They entered the car and as the driver tries to start the car and move.....BANGGG

SKINCARE TIPS

Protecting and taking care of your skin should be an important factor to you.  Our skin is very delicate and so needs to be properly taken care of. Little things you can do to take care of your skin.

1. Cleaning your face every night to remove all your makeup and dirt on the face is very important. It helps the skin perform well.

2. Exfoliate your skin either once or twice a week. You can do it morning or at night but i will advice you do it mostly at night because your skin renews at night, so exfoliating at night enhances the skin's function.

3. Moisturize your body daily with moisturizing lotion for healthy and hydrated skin.


4. Always wear a sunscreen everyday while going out because the sun can do a lot of damage to your skin. Sunscreen will protect you from harmful rays.

5. Drink a lot of water everyday. Drinking water keeps you hydrated and gives you a good skin.  You can add lemon or lime juice to your water if you like.

THE INDEPENDENCE SQUARE also known as the back star square is a public place in accra Ghana and is also a place you would like to visit. Inside the independence square, there is the independence arch which contains monuments to Ghana's independence struggle, the black star gate and the Liberation monument.

KWAME NKRUMAH MAUSOLEUM MEMORIAL is  the last resting  place of the first ghanian president, osagyefo Dr kwame nkrumah.  It is dedicated to him for his outstanding  campaign to liberate ghana from the colonial rule.  It is a beautiful place to visit

Nobody among all of us know say na wetin this lady get for mind not even aunty troublemaker. As the lady do like say she wan go enter her room na so she stand up dey waka dey go and as God wan take punish aunty troublemaker, she dey the side wey the lady room dey. Na so this lady grab aunty o come begin beat am oo. She beat nonsense and ingredients for aunty body o. 

The way wey the film take happen sef funny me; i no know when i burst laugh. Before people try to separate them aunty don chop beating wella. As aunty see small space free herself from the lady hand na so she run enter her house come lock her net, come continue to dey curse this lady oo. 

The lady just leave her enter her room because she don give her enough beating as she like.  Aunty no stop to curse this lady o even after everybody don leave her enter their room. Me i no know say aunty see me dey laugh her as she dey chop beating o, i just notice say aunty stop to dey great me and me i no care. Na one of my neighbour na im tell me the reason why because aunty tell am.    

Wetin concern me abi na, who her greeting epp? Shebi she dey feel say she like trouble now she don jam who pass her.

TROUBLEMAKER AUNTY

Today on yard palava.

There is this neighbour of mine that can quarrel for Africa. If possible quarrel with a spirit.
Aunty can quarrel so tee people go tire to tell her o ti to( e don do) but aunty no dey hear e don do oo. Infact na that time wey you dey tell her e don do na him she dey shout pass. People for yard go tire to tell her say e don do and everybody go enter their room go sleep so that she go kontinue to shout her shout well.

This aunty continue this madness until one day she jam who pass am.
Another of my neighbour(a guy) bring him woman to come dey stay with am, na so this aunty clinch to the lady them come become friends o.

Me just the look the lady with one eye. For my mind i talk say e ma ro onye gi ni a ne me oyi( you no know who you and am be friend). Wetin con sain me, na sedon look i dey for this compound oo.
Na so one day i dey inside my room jejely dey listen to music, na im i begin hear this aunty voice o. For my mind i say she and who again today.   I shock when i come out e come be she and her new best friend oo.
When we ask wetin cause problem she say aunty tell the lady bad things about her guy and since then the lady begin avoid aunty o, na so aunty vex con dey talk to her anyhow.

This lady just dey look aunty as aunty dey curse her. Wey dey tell aunty say e don do but as usual aunty no hear oo.
Na so this lady stand up like say she wan enter her room o, na that time casala burst o.

RELATIONSHIP MATTERS

Is it right for a guy and a girl to be living together even though they are not yet married.
I use to think this kind of lifestyle are for the whites because they feel that way they will get to know each other better, so to them it is normal.  But i have come to nice its now a norm in Africa now especially Nigeria and i wonder why.

You a lot of young guys and ladies living together and not yet married. You see the lady performing wifely duties and you know the worst part of it; the guy might not marry the lady in the end.   I have seen so many cases like that and i ask myself why do some ladies move in with a man when he hasnt done anything on your head.
It might be working for the whites but it rarely work here in Nigeria because most of the men will feel they have seen you all and that you are desperate to get married and all.

I remember a guy that i dated one time, he lived Germany and relocated back to Nigeria. We meet and started dating. When problem started and even made the relationship to come to an end was when he said he wants me to come live with him so we can get to know each other better.

I emphatically said no and problems started between us which eventually led to our breaking up. 
I for one do not buy the idea of a guy and a lady living together without been legally married beacuse i feel it is not a right thing to do and the guy will see you finish(pidgin) and feel he has nothing to enjoy when he eventually marries you.
